Selena Gomez Shares Tip-Sheet for Beating Self-Isolation Boredom

Selena Gomez performs onstage during the 2019 American Music Awards at Microsoft Theater on Nov. 24, 2019 in Los Angeles.

Selena Gomez has tips on how to get through self-isolation. They’re rock-solid suggestions: cooking, music, podcasts, books, movies and TV.

The “Lose You to Love Me” singer posted some fun pictures of herself in the kitchen, cooking what looks to be mac and cheese with a roast.

“Trying to take a cute/serious pic of me cooking but then felt embarrassed so I’m using the candid where I look so happy but I really feel kinda cheesy,” she writes. No way, all the cheese is in the dish.

She also took the time to list off her pop culture moments. For music, Selena suggests tuning into “Snowchild,” a track from her ex The Weeknd, plus tunes by Lauren Daigle, Julia Michaels, Roddy Rich and others. And for movies, why not try Invisible ManAmerican Hustle and Zodiac or just sit back and watch repeats of SNL.

Gomez hasn’t just chilled this past month. Last week, she released the music video for Rare fan-favorite track «Dance Again,” with a portion of proceeds from its merch going to the MusiCares COVID-19 Relief Fund. She also introduced to the world her new pooch, Daisy.
